Project Description
Phuket is a well know paradise on earth with white sandy beaches, amazing climate, exciting islands to explore and all you need on the biggest Island of Thailand. The New Nordic Water World Development in Phuket is located in the beautiful Bang Tao area, only 150 meters from the beach. This beach remains one of the few untouched areas of Phuket with small local vendors putting up their own beach cafes and shops. Bang Tao is also home to one of the biggest five-star resorts in all of Thailand, with its golf courses and amenities.
This development will be built in stages. Phase 1 consist of a total of three buildings. Building A ,B and C will all be four star apartments. All buildings are located around a big swimming pool, with a pool bar, slides and sun decks. The area has its own breakfast restaurant and several shops. This four star development will have its own elegant and modern apartments of different layout and sizes.
Phase 2 makes up three stars building, which are Building D and E. The buildings will be located around the general swimming pool. Building E will have one restaurant with view over the lake which is located in the middle of the Water World.
