Lamai is known as the second most frequented resort town and beach in Koh Samui after Chaweng. The New Nordic Group is proud to have a perfect location at the centre of the town of Lamai. Lamai has everything any guest or permanent resident would need, with international restaurants, shops and bars, and without the town loosing its authenticity and its unique "Thai charm".
The New Nordic Koh Samui Lamai Hotel and Resort project is first launched in June 2016. This stunning modern designed project consist a total of four buildings. Each building has 4 stories and 126 rooms in total. Building A, B and D has apartments of different sizes and layouts, while Building C is the New Nordic Hotel. The information desk for the overall project will be located in Building A. The center of the project will be a swimming pool closely to the restaurant located on the ground floor of Building D.
